Questions
Is Spurv a health or therapy app?
No. Spurv is a calm companion for small daily habits. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. If things feel heavy, talk to someone you trust or a professional.
Where are my check-ins stored?
In the app on your iPhone. Turn on “Save in Apple Health” and each check-in is also saved as a State of Mind in Apple’s Health app. Spurv never reads anything from Health.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing bad. Pip never shrinks, and one missed day is a rest day that doesn’t end your streak. Only two missed days in a row start it over.
Which devices does Spurv work on?
Any iPhone or iPad with iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later. From iOS 18 Pip is live in 3D, and with Apple Intelligence Pip writes the daily question from your own words.
Does Spurv need the internet or an account?
No. Everything happens on your iPhone. There’s no account, and nothing is uploaded.
